3. Eligibility
To use gh.gold, you must:

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Account Registration & Security
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security breach
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Participation does not constitute direct buying or selling of gold
Participants do not take custody of raw gold
Execution is carried out by licensed entities under disclosed terms
Participation is subject to specific disclosures, risk notices, and participation terms, which form part of these Terms by reference.
7. Jewellery & Finished Products
Purchases of jewellery or fabricated products through the Platform:
Are fulfilled by licensed dealers or fabricators
May be subject to additional terms relating to fabrication, delivery, and certification
Custom or made-to-order items may not be cancellable or refundable once production has commenced.
8. Fees & Charges
gh.gold may charge fees for certain services, including platform usage, processing, or third-party services.
All applicable fees will be disclosed before confirmation.
Fees are generally non-refundable, except as provided in the Refund Policy or required by law.
9. Compliance & Verification
You acknowledge that:
Identity verification (KYC) may be required
Information may be shared with licensed operators, service providers, or authorities where legally required
Access to services may be restricted or suspended for compliance reasons

Termination does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.
